We aim to be perfect printers but errors both in and out of our control can happen. Screens break on press, blanks arrive with holes or a stain and with that in mind we have a -5% per impression Underrun Allowance on a given print run. All runs within the allowance (-5%) will be considered acceptable for delivery; this is simply an acceptable margin of error in our industry. Therefore we highly recommend ordering extra garments for each size if you cannot accept any less than what is ordered. If the damages exceed the -5% allowance we will replace them upon request.

Example

You order 48 shirts with a front and back print, that equals 96 impressions so the acceptable underrun allowance would be -5 shirts. We would not bill you for the damaged goods, but as long as we are within that acceptable margin of error we would not replace them. If the damages exceed the -5% allowance we will replace them upon request.

Design creation, revisions, and digital mock-ups require art time billed at $75/ hour. Rates are subject to change.

Submitted Artwork Requirements:

1. Vector format is ideal and will require the least art time

- File Formats: .AI / .PDF / .EPS

- Fonts must be Outlined

2. Raster or pixel-based artwork may require slightly more art time and files must have been built at 300 DPI at final print size.

- File Formats: .PSD / .TIFF / .PNG (Layered if possible)

- Fonts must be Outlined

- Screen Prep: $20.00 per color / per print location 

- RePrint within 6 months: Waived*

- Reprint beyond 6 months: $10.00 per color / per print location

- Turnaround is 10-14 working days from receipt of: (1) deposit (2) art approval

- RUSH SERVICES: When available • From receipt of deposit, art approval & arrival of merchandise.
